How to return an item

Your item must be in its original unused (sealed) condition to be returned unless there is a defect (manufacture). You must return the item within 30 days.

Please email info@mrspiceman.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.

Mail item to Mrspiceman Inc. at 920 38th Avenue LIC NY 11101 with Tracking number.

Include in your letter the reason for your return plus a copy of receipt.

Return Exceptions.

Re Stocking Fee. All items are subject to a re stocking fee of 10%.
