Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

How to return an item

Your item must be in its original unused (sealed) condition to be returned unless there is a defect (manufacture). You must return the item within 30 days.

• Please email info@mrspiceman.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
• Mail item to Mrspiceman Inc. at 920 38th Avenue LIC NY 11101 with Tracking number.
• Include in your letter the reason for your return plus a copy of receipt.

Return Exceptions.

Re Stocking Fee. All items are subject to a re stocking fee of 10%.

Items altered will not be accepted for Return or Exchange. We accept PayPal as our authorized outlet for all payments.

All orders are Shipped within 48 hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.

Carriers

We use USPS (United States Postal Service)

If a tracking number is used by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class will not have tracking numbers.
